Description
Kaizen Karate has offered martial arts instruction since 2003. Founded by Coach V, we specialize in karate instruction for children of all ages in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas. We also offer karate programs for adults with a focus on fitness and self-defense. During Spring 2023, we have in-person offerings throughout the DC Metropolitan area. Our goal is to provide safe, fun, and exciting classes for all of our students in the spirit of continuous improvement.
